Mike Leard

Senior Art Director

Gordon Mackenzie, in his book “orbiting the giant hairball”, pointed out that “Orville Wright did not have a pilots license.” Well, of course he didn’t, they didn’t yet exist - nor would they had he not had a unique vision and conviction. It’s this very same thinking that Mike consistently brings to his creative; digging past the conventional solution and into the realm of the unexpected. During his 13 years working in the industry, Mike has created campaigns for many regional, national and international clients including: SABIAN Cymbals, Latin Percussion Inc., Aliant Inc., The Olivier Soapery, The University of New Brunswick – Fredericton and Saint John, and Acadia University.

Jodie Hansen

Senior Designer

After earning her Applied Arts Diploma from the Illustration Program at Sheridan College in Toronto, Jodie plied her trade at a number of design studios and agencies in Toronto. Another one who saw the light and moved to Nova Scotia, Jodie brought experience with Sony, PEI Tourism, Ontario Ministry of Health, Consumers Gas and Prime Restaurants to our firm when she joined in 1994. Equally adept with pen and ink or point and click, her talent is evident. Jodie unwinds by playing darts competitively and her aim, like her work, is always on the mark.

David Lewis

BMus, BEDS - Interface Designer

David is an amazing Interface Designer. Exactly what does that mean? Killer web sites. Concept. Design. Development. The works. He's been at it 10 years, so that's like 100 years in high-tech time. A graduate of Environmental Design Studies from Technical University of Nova Scotia, his experience ranges from highly creative projects for music, theater and sports clients, including The Boston Celtics and Mirvish Productions, to lead roles on enterprise level web apps for clients such as AMD, DaimlerChrysler and The Atlantic Lottery Corporation. When David isn't busy designing interfaces and slinging HTML code, he's pursuing his passion for music. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Dalhousie University and additional performance studies from the University of Toronto and Royal Conservatory of Music. We’re very happy to welcome David to our team. Oh, we forgot. He also built his very own mountain banjo.
